Autumn Spiced Hot Chocolate

  1. In a saucepan, place the chocolate, sugar, spices, almond milk, and salt. Over medium-low heat, stir gently with a whisk until the chocolate melts and the mixture is well blended.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with a spoonful of whipped cream, if desired.

60 g dark chocolate 

1/3 cup white granulated sugar

4 cups Almond Breeze Barista

3 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp ground ginger

1/3 tsp ground nutmeg

1 pinch salt

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Whipped cream or coconut cream to top
