Cold brew Ice lollies

Method:

Add ingredients for the lollies to a blender and blend to combine. 

Pour into lolly moulds  and freeze for a minimum of 12 hours or until solid. 

To decorate, mix melted chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Drizzle over each lolly and immediately sprinkle over chopped hazelnuts. 

Serve right away and enjoy!

 

This recipe uses Unsweetened Almond Breeze

You will need:

4 Ice lolly moulds

Blender 

 

Ingredients:

120ml cold brew 

100ml Almond Breeze® Unsweetened

2 tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup works really well here)

 

To decorate (optional) 

1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

1/2 tsp coconut oil, melted

3 tbsp roasted and chopped hazelnuts
